Did you know that the average American is exposed to low doses of toxic substances daily, including food additives, pesticides, environmental pollutants, and cosmetics, to name a few. Exposure to toxins has been associated with many health conditions, from arthritis to depression, to chronic pain to cancer.
On Wednesday, February 21st at 1:30 pm join us at our Port Orange Family YMCA Halifax Health Healthy Living Center for a workshop discussing the importance of avoiding toxins as much as possible, including strategies to modify lifecycle and diet. Detoxification approaches, including supplements, foods, and programs will e discussed including both pros and cons. Plus a light, healthy snack for all attendees.
