Introduction to MBSR

Join Volusia Flagler Family YMCA President & CEO Teresa Rand to explore the practice and benefits of MBSR.

Classes are scheduled for April 16, 23, 30 & May 14, 21 at 6:00 pm and will be held at the Ormond Beach Family YMCA Healthy Living Center.

Please bring a mat to sit on. You may also bring a blanket, a cushion and/or yoga blocks as needed for support. Practice may be in a chair if preferred.

Please arrive on time and plan to stay the full hour of class to avoid disruption of other participants.
