The goal of our fitness boot camp is to challenge your body in new and unique ways, providing a whole-body workout that builds strength, endurance and weight loss in a fun environment!
- Bodyweight Training
- Strength Training
- Workouts may be done outside in the soccer field as well in our wellness center
Program Dates: Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30PM – 6:30PM
