Everybody Bootcamp Program at The Four Townes Family YMCA

Get in great shape with our 6-week exercise program!

Program begins January 13th, 2020

The goal of our fitness boot camp is to challenge your body in new and unique ways, providing a whole-body workout that builds strength, endurance and weight loss in a fun environment!

Workouts Include:

  • Bodyweight Training
  • Cardio
  • Strength Training
  • HIIT
  • Workouts may be done outside in the soccer field as well in our wellness center

Program Dates: Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30PM – 6:30PM

Price: $80 Per Person
