Tennis Fundamentals

The Y’s monthly youth tennis program will help improve hand-eye coordination, balance, and coordination through this fun sport. Tennis provides a good workout that improves muscle tone, strength, and flexibility. Tennis also promotes healthy competition and a boost in self-confidence.

  • Proper stance
  • Path of swing
  • Varied grips
  • How to serve

Ages: 5 & up

When: Mon. or Wed. | 6:00–8:00 PM, Starting in September
